How to make one of the most important purchases of your life?

The purchase of a house is the most critical investment in a person’s life. It requires a considerable economic effort, time and patience to find a property in the real estate market and an expert knowledge of the numerous procedures necessary to carry out that purchase.

1. AN EXTENSIVE “INTERVIEW” TO KNOW YOUR NEEDS AND MOTIVATIONS

The first thing we need to know are the needs and motivations of the client and we find the very best way is to achieve this is through a personal, ideally face-to-face, meeting.  In this meeting, the most valued criteria are detailed, such as your required neighbourhood, size and age of the property, style, conservation level, distribution, price, community services or equipment in the chosen area.

2. SIGNING OF CUSTOMS AGREEMENT OF PSI AND PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE

Once your purchase preferences have been defined we then draw up a service agreement contract where the characteristics of the search and the contracted services are fully laid out.

3. SEARCH AND VISITS

Once the order is signed, the PSI performs the pursuit of the property by different methods both ONLINE and OFFLINE, prospecting in the whole of the offer, supervising the properties and presenting a selection of them, of which, determine the visits with the client.

4. WE FIND IT!

Once you have found the property of your preferences, and after investigating the legal and technical situation of the property, the price negotiation process begins. After the agreement reached, the PSI prepares the documentation for signing the different documents: reservation document, purchase contract and notarial deed and in parallel (if the client needs it) the documentation will be presented to the bank for the loan formalisation mortgage.

5. AFTER SALES SERVICE

The Property Personal Shopper service does not end with the purchase of the property; It also advises on all post-sale procedures: ownership changes, delivery of documents to institutions, removals, renovations and decoration. A full start-to-finish service tailored for you.
